Tuna Salad
A healthy tuna salad that actually tastes good. It is full, fluffy, and flavorful. Meal prep for the week and store for up to 5 days.
Ingredients
- 4 6-ounce cans of tuna packed in water
- 2 small dill pickles, diced
- 1 large celery rib, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- several romaine hearts
Instructions
- Drain cans of tuna well.
- Scoop tuna into a mixing bowl, and fluff with a fork.
- Add diced pickles, celery, red onion, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Greek yogurt to the mixing bowl.
- Sirt well and refrigerate.
- Serve over romaine lettuce leaves.
