Natural Fit Meatloaf
Meatloaf is a staple of American cuisine. In order to adhere to our dietary guide, we’ve cut out the sugar from traditional meatloaf sauce. Make up a pan and ration into 8 ounce servings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey (or a mixture of both)
- 1/3 cup crushed Grissini breadsticks or Melba toast.
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar-free ketchup or BBQ sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine meat with crushed Grissini breadsticks or Melba toast, Italian seasoning, onion, and egg.
- Form into loaf and place inside a baking dish.
- Top with sugar-free ketchup or BBQ sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
