Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef (substitute ground turkey or chicken)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup red, green, or yellow bell peppers
- 2 cups lettuce (chopped)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- Salsa (optional)
Cooking Instructions
- Brown ground meat in skillet.
- Add taco seasoning with a small amount of water.
- In a bowl, mix lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and peppers.
- Add cooked meat to the bowl of mixed vegetables, optionally top with salsa, and serve!
