Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
Roasted garlic cauliflower is a delicious meal for lunch or dinner and it’s easy to whip up in a jiffy. Eat healthy, stay healthy!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 head cauliflower, separated into florets
- salt and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Grease a large casserole dish
- Place the olive oil and garlic in a large baggie. Add cauliflower and shake to mix.
- Pour cauliflower into a casserole dish and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Top with parsley, and broil for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
