Apple Berry Bake
Looking to get your fruit nutrition for the day? Look no further than this amazing fruit bake.
Ingredients
- 6 apples
- 1 cup berries of your choice (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, cherries, etc…)
- Cinnamon, and/or allspice (for topping)
- Plain Greek yogurt, or mixed with monk fruit (optional)
Instructions
- Fill the baking dish with 1/8″ water.
- Place into the baking dish all fruit.
- Shake cinnamon and/or allspice over top.
- Cover the baking dish with foil.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes (until apples are tender).
- Eat as is or top with plain Greek yogurt (You may add monk fruit to Greek Yogurt to sweeten).
