Picante Chicken
Add a little spice to your life with this chicken recipe. Not a fan of spicy food? Just substitute Picante sauce for your choice of salsas.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breats
- 1 green pepper (sliced)
- 1 16 oz. jar Picante sauce (or salsa)
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place chicken breasts in casserole dish.
- Combine Picante (or salsa) sauce and mustard in a small bowl, stir until mixed well.
- Spread sauce evenly over chicken breasts.
- Top with green pepper slices.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
