Transfer them to a dish lined with paper towels.<\/li><li>Add in the remaining oil and garlic to the wok and stir fry until fragrant.\u00a0<\/li><li>Add tofu back into the wok, stir, and then add the bean sprouts.\u00a0<\/li><li>Add soy sauce, scallions, and do a few more quick stirs. (Note: Bean sprouts should be crunchy and just cooked when served.
